She was one of the youngest ever bank managers in the country and was tasked with running her first branch at the age of 21. She will share her story to start the year with inspiration and motivation.
Jacqueline Wedube Onalo is an award-winning lawyer and leadership trainer. She is a barrister and solicitor of England and Wales as well as an advocate of the Supreme Court of Kenya. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA). Award -Winning Leadership trainer and acclaimed international speaker, she will share her knowledge and talk us through how to become a leader.

Amy is the founder and CEO of Small Steps Project , a charity delivering shoe and emergency aid distribution to children and communities living on rubbish dumps. The charity helps children take a step off the dump and into education and fundraise through The Celebrity Shoe Auction every year. This has seen support of celebrities such Ed Sheeran, Emma Watson and Katy Perry.
Amy also directs and produces documentaries to create awareness about and campaign against the unacceptable onditions of the children living in rubbish dumps.
After facing a disease called Cushing’s, caused by a tumour on the pituitary gland, putting her body into a life-threatening state, Kiko set up herself the challenge of becoming the the fastest woman to solo row the Atlantic East to West and she did it! In just less the 50 days she rowed the Atlantic Ocean, beating the previous World Record by almost a week. Who better than her can talk us through building confidence and resilience?
Will Amlot is an award-winning professional photographer whom career spans over 20 years. During this time he has developed a reputation for creating striking images featured in The Sunday Times, The Independent, The Guardian and Creative Review. He has photographed a host of celebrities including Nelson Mandela, David Attenborough, Tracey Emin and Amanda Holden.
His commissions, have taken him from the depths of snow-capped Siberia to the golden sand dunes of Tunisia. From photographing an elephant afraid of the lighting, to shooting 52 metres above ground from Nelson’s column, Will has an enviable and striking portfolio of work gleaned from a huge diversity of people and places.
